Historic producer of Brie de Melun PDO and Brillat-Savarin PGI made using raw milk.

Mr Pette ran the Juchy cheese dairy for 10 years, historically producing Brie de Melun and Brillat-Savarin. As he approached retirement age, he wanted to pass on the production activity.

Philippe Delin offered to develop the production of raw milk cheeses, in order to expand the range made at the DELIN cheese dairy.

After major upgrading work in 2015 and 2016, the cheese dairy has taken on a new lease of life. Today these efforts are appreciated in the quality of the products made at the dairy.

Turnover is currently €800,000. A project to increase production capacity is under study.
